At Divine Made By Nis, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and timely delivery for all orders. Our processing time is 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within the U.S. through USPS Ground Advantage.

Shipping rates are a flat fee of $5.99, and we offer free shipping on orders over $40 if applicable. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If there are any issues with your shipment, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Divine Made By Nis, we take pride in providing high quality, handcrafted skincare products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit when applicable. To initiate a claim, please provide your order number and clear photos of the item.
